This is a multi-level home with stairs between all floors, and the backyard is semi-fenced but not polished. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please remove your shoes at the entranceway, and note that no smoking is allowed indoors or near windows, with a $1000 fee for violations. Parties or excessive noise are not permitted, with a $1000 fee for misbehavior. Check-out time must be adhered to, with an $85/hour fee for delays. A clean home is a happy home, so please clean your dishes before you go, as an exceptionally messy state will incur a $60/hour cleaning fee. For early check-in or late check-out, there is an additional $50/hour fee once approved and if available. The white couches are lightly stained but clean, and lots of decor requires supervision of children. The use of glitter is prohibited, and all guests must be registered and approved by the host.
