Parties, events, and smoking or vaping of any kind are strictly prohibited in or around the property, including common areas. Violations may result in a $150 fine and/or forfeiture of your full deposit. Pets are strictly not allowed in this short-term rental. Any evidence of pets will result in a fine and/or forfeiture of your full deposit. Lost or stolen keys will result in a $250 replacement fee. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Guests must complete a Tenant Undertaking Form upon arrival. A maximum of 2 guests per bedroom are allowed. No outside visitors or social gatherings are allowed. No hanging of items (e.g., laundry, banners) from windows or balconies. Do not dispose of cigarette butts or items from balconies – fines may be applied. The thermostat must not be set below 15°C and should never be turned off. Balcony doors must remain closed in extreme cold weather. Keys for the unit must be picked up at an alternate KeyNest location before 10:00 PM.
