This is a basement suite, and there may be some noise from potential upstairs tenants. Smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, and a $250 CAD fine will be charged if smoke or the smell of smoke is detected. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Any damaged linens, towels, utilities, or equipment upon check-out will be subject to fees. Guests are responsible for following municipal guidelines for garbage, recycling, and compost, with potential fees for improper disposal.
