Essential supplies are provided for the start of the stay, with additional replenishments available at an extra cost. Guests are responsible for any plumbing issues resulting from food or debris in sinks. Costs associated with locksmiths for locked bathroom doors will be the guest's responsibility. Tampering with safety devices/equipment will result in warnings and potential eviction. No parties, drugs, excessive drinking, or loud music are allowed; events for work or meetings are permitted upon request. Guests must exercise caution on the balcony, and children must be supervised by an adult. A $200 fee will be charged for the Banff Pass and unit fob/key if not returned. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur fees. Alterations to dates, guests, or stay length are subject to host approval and cancellation policy terms. For same-day reservations, standard check-in times are not guaranteed, and delays may occur. Guests must contact the host in advance to confirm their expected arrival time.
