This is a well-loved, older NW Calgary home. While professionally cleaned, flooring, walls, and carpets show normal wear. The middle bedroom (double bed) is very small and has only a small window. The double room (double and single bed) is also small. The basement master bedroom does not have a closet; water for the coffee bar must be taken from upstairs or the bathroom down the hall. The TV in the basement is older, but has been made "smart," and the fireplace does not have a remote. Some blinds may be damaged. The light switches are quirky, and the garage is not heated. This property may have noise monitoring devices that track decibel levels only to ensure a comfortable stay for all neighbors. Exterior security cameras are present at or near all entrances for the safety and security of all guests. All guests are required to complete identity verification through a third-party screening partner prior to check-in; bookings are subject to cancellation if verification is not completed. A security deposit or damage protection is required for all stays. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 7 AM. Smoking/vaping of any kind is prohibited inside the home, and any violation will incur a $1,000 fee plus odor removal/remediation costs. Unauthorized parties/events may result in a $400 admin fee up to $1,000+. Unauthorized overnight guests will be charged $75 per person, per night. Unauthorized pets may result in a $400 Admin Fee, plus any additional cleaning, damages, allergen/odor remediation, and any costs incurred. Any poop left in the yard is subject to a fee. The reservation may also be terminated and guests may be required to vacate immediately. If keys, remotes, or fobs are lost or not returned, a $250 replacement fee per unreturned item applies, plus locksmith/rekey if required. If damages are not disclosed, an admin/inspection fee of $400 will be charged. Excessive mess or violations may result in charges for extra cleaning, repairs, lost revenue, and service call costs. Any violation of the house rules may result in same-day check-out with no refund for the remainder of the stay.
