This is a basement suite, and while we strive for a peaceful stay, there may be some noise from potential upstairs tenants. Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, and a CAD 250 fine will be charged if there is smoking with the migration of smoke or smell of smoke from our unit. No parties, drugs, excessive drinking, or loud music are allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, and guests must be mindful of neighbors and basement tenants. There is a strict complaint policy: one complaint is a warning, and the second complaint is an eviction. Keep noise under 85db, as there is a noise detector. A pre-arrival form, ID verification, and agreement may be required before check-in. Any damaged linens, towels, utilities, or equipment upon check-out will be subject to fees. Guests must follow all municipal guidelines for garbage, recycling, and compost, and failure to sort waste will result in a CAD 100 fee. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee of CAD 50 for the first hour, followed by CAD 35 for each additional 30 minutes.
