Illegal substance or drug use is not permitted anywhere on the property, incurring a $1,000 violation fee if evidence is found, plus remediation, testing, extra cleaning, damages, and any costs incurred. Unauthorized parties or events may result in a $400 administrative fee up to $1,000 or more if security or eviction is required. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM, and loud outdoor music or gatherings are prohibited to respect neighbors. Pets must be approved in writing before booking and are subject to a pet fee; unauthorized pets may result in a $400 administrative fee, plus additional cleaning, damages, allergen or odor remediation, and any costs incurred, and any poop left in the yard is subject to a fee. The reservation may also be terminated, and guests may be required to vacate immediately for unauthorized pets. Lost keys, remotes, or fobs will incur a $250 replacement fee per unreturned item, plus locksmith or rekeying if required. Undisclosed damages will result in a $400 administrative or inspection fee. Excessive mess, repairs, lost revenue, and service call costs may be charged if needed to restore the home, and any violation of the house rules may result in a same-day check-out with no refund for the remainder of the stay. Only guests on the reservation are allowed to stay past 10 PM; visitors are permitted only if accompanied by the booking guest, with no overnight visitors or daytime guests beyond the home’s advertised occupancy, and unauthorized overnight guests will incur a $75 per person, per night fee. This property may use noise monitoring devices that track decibel levels only, and exterior security cameras are present at or near all entrances for safety and security. All guests are required to complete identity verification through our trusted partner, Truvi, prior to check-in, and bookings are subject to cancellation if verification is not completed.
