Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited inside the home, including near open doors or windows, and will incur a $1,000 breach fee plus odor removal/remediation costs. Illegal drugs or illegal drug activity are not permitted anywhere on the property, inside or outside, including possession, use, sale, or distribution, and evidence or violation will incur a $1,000 fee, plus remediation/testing, extra cleaning, damages, and any costs incurred. Pets must be approved in writing before booking and are subject to a pet fee. Unauthorized pets may result in a $400 admin fee, plus any additional cleaning, damages, allergen/odor remediation, and any costs incurred. If keys, remotes, or fobs are lost or not returned, a $250 replacement fee per unreturned item applies, plus locksmith/rekey if required. If damages are not disclosed, an admin/inspection fee of $400 will be charged. The bunk bed is recommended only for small kids as the mattress is not thick or supportive, and the ladder can be a bit tricky to get in and out. There is no AC, and the house gets hot in the summer. Please bring your own baby blankets and sheets for the crib.
