Only registered guests are allowed to stay past 10 pm. Visitors are allowed only if accompanied by the booking guest, with no overnight visitors, and no daytime guests beyond the home’s advertised occupancy. Unauthorized parties or events may result in a $400 admin fee up to $1,000 or more if security or eviction is required. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited inside the home, including near open doors or windows, and will incur a $1,000 breach fee plus odor removal/remediation costs. Illegal drugs or illegal drug activity are not permitted anywhere on the property, inside or outside, including possession, use, sale, or distribution, and evidence or violation will incur a $1,000 fee, plus remediation/testing, extra cleaning, damages, and any costs incurred. Pets must be approved in writing before booking and are subject to a pet fee. Unauthorized pets may result in a $400 admin fee, plus any additional cleaning, damages, allergen/odor remediation, and any costs incurred. If keys, remotes, or fobs are lost or not returned, a $250 replacement fee per unreturned item applies, plus locksmith/rekey if required. If damages are not disclosed, an admin/inspection fee of $400 will be charged. The bunk bed is recommended only for small kids as the mattress is not thick or supportive, and the ladder can be a bit tricky to get in and out. There is no AC, and the house gets hot in the summer. Please bring your own baby blankets and sheets for the crib.
