Extra guests not included in the reservation will not be permitted in the building. Pets are not allowed in the building, and concierge will deny entry to guests arriving with pets, with no refund provided. Check-in is after 3 PM and before 8 PM, with special arrangements required for check-in after 8 PM. Check-out is before 11 AM. Late check-out may be possible with advance notice and review. The unit is equipped with video surveillance at the front door only and a noise detector. Smoking of any kind (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the smoke alarm is triggered and the smell of smoke is detected, a service call fee of $150 and a cleaning fee of $200 will be charged.
