The maximum capacity of the apartment is 4 adults, and extra guests who are not included in the reservation will not be allowed in the building. Pets are not allowed in the building, and no refund will be provided if you arrive with pets. This is an adult-only residence, and children are not allowed on the premises. The minimum age for booking is 25 years. Check-in is after 3 pm until 8 pm, and check-out is before 11 am. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the apartment or building. If the smoke alarm is triggered and the smell of any type of smoking is discovered, the partner has the right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge a $150 service call and $200 cleaning fee.
