If smoking occurs inside, or there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, the $500 deposit will not be refunded. The unit is equipped with video surveillance at the front door only and a noise detector. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the alarm is triggered and the smell of any type of smoking is discovered, a $150 service call and $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Check-in is after 3PM until 8PM, and check-out is before 11AM.
