Late check-out requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance, with unauthorized late check-outs incurring a fee. Alterations to dates, guests, or stay length follow the cancellation policy and are subject to host approval. For same-day reservations, unit preparation may not be prioritized, and standard check-in times are not guaranteed; access is subject to cleaning and preparation status.
