There is also a dining area with a table and chairs. For your convenience, paper towels, drip coffee, tea, and a Brita filter are complimentary. Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer with detergent provided.
Optional upgrades include a National Park entry, welcome basket, birthday decor package, romantic wine and flower package, spa at home package, movie night upgrade, Christmas tree and decor, Halloween decor and pumpkin carving package, winter cozy package, beer tasting kit, diffuser and aroma set, additional bedding and sleeping arrangements, grocery pre-stocking service, and a pet-friendly package, all subject to availability.

The suite is transit-friendly, with Calgary Transit bus routes running nearby and connecting to major hubs. Magnolia is connected to Calgary’s extensive pathway system, making it easy to cycle around the lake, through parks, or even toward the Bow River Pathway.
This is a basement suite, and there may be some noise from potential upstairs tenants. There is a $250 CAD fine if smoking with the migration of smoke or smell of smoke from our unit following by law and fine policy. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, and noise must be kept under 85db. One complaint is a warning, and the second complaint is an eviction. A simple pre-arrival form, agreement, and ID verification may be required before check-in. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee of $50 for the first hour, followed by $35 for each additional 30 minutes.
