Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking or illegal substances inside the house will result in a $500 fee with extra cleaning fees. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Any damages caused to furniture or linens may be subject to charges for replacements. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed, but they are not allowed on the furniture, should not be left unattended, and pet waste must be picked up; not following these pet rules will result in a $500 fine. There is a camera positioned at the front entrance of the exterior that records image and sound 24/7. Late check-outs will be charged $100/hour. This area is in the final phase of construction, and there may be occasional noise or activity during daytime hours.
