No shoes inside; please remove outdoor shoes while in the home. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. A strict complaint policy is in effect: one complaint is a warning, and the second complaint results in eviction. Please keep noise under 85db, as a noise detector is in place. For equipped units, guests will be charged $200 for the Banff Pass and $200 for the unit fob/key if not returned. Late check-out requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance for consideration; unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee. Alterations to dates, guests, or stay length follow the same terms as the cancellation policy and are subject to host approval. For same-day reservations, standard check-in times are not guaranteed, and delays may occur. Guests must contact the host in advance to confirm their expected arrival time. Access to the unit is subject to cleaning and preparation status. By confirming a same-day reservation, guests acknowledge and accept the possibility of delayed access.
