Emails went unanswered, the service office was constantly closed, and the only way to reach a real person was through the emergency line — but they couldn’t actually resolve anything and would just ask me to resubmit issues.
During my time there, someone on my floor was smoking in their apartment. When I reported it, the company said they’d “forward the message,” but the only response was someone spraying Febreze in the... hallway. Months later, the person was still smoking in their unit. Water shutdowns twice a month, arbitrary times I was told to relocate my car for no reason.
