How Is This Rating Determined?

In the middle of everything

I love this place. I mean, downtown is downtown, but I can walk out my door and be on a patio with my friends in literally 2 mins. My place is always the "launch" place cause I'm center to everything. I can have my dog, have my place, stay cool and shop!
