Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. A $500 fee will be charged if there is evidence of any unauthorized events or parties on the property. Pets are not permitted in the home. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if there is evidence of any unauthorized pets. Strictly no smoking, vaping, or illegal substances inside the property. Violations incur a minimum $400 fee, with additional cleaning charges if damage or lingering odors are found. The maximum number of guests is as stated in the listing details. Unauthorized guests will be asked to leave, and unregistered guests will incur a $40 fee per person per night. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the home is left messy. Please follow the check-out procedures to avoid extra charges. A $250 fee will apply for any lost, damaged, or not returned keys/fobs. Early check-in or late check-out may be allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice and a small fee may apply. A $50 fee will apply if you check out more than 30 minutes past the scheduled time without prior notice or approval. An additional $50 will be charged for every subsequent 30 minutes up to 2 hours. If you remain beyond 2 hours, security may be involved and further fees will apply. Items left behind are stored for 14 days, then donated or discarded. Coordination for pickup or return will incur a shipping and admin fee. We do not have access to a mailbox at this property. Please do not use our address for receiving mail. For larger parcels, arrange door drop-off or depot pick-up. Emergencies may require entry without notice. For non-emergencies, we will always provide notice where possible. Guests are responsible for their group. The property owner and/or management company is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage. Please report any damage promptly and return all provided items to avoid additional charges. Legal action may be taken for chargebacks or unpaid damages, including recovery of legal fees. Violations of house rules may result in immediate termination and removal without refund.
