The fully equipped kitchen is loaded with stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, and electric stove, along with glasses, mugs, dishes, cutlery, and more.

Strictly no smoking, vaping, or illegal substances inside the property. Violations incur a minimum $400 fee, with additional cleaning charges if damage or lingering odours are found. The maximum number of guests is as stated in the listing details. Unauthorized guests will be asked to leave, and unregistered guests will incur a $40 fee per person per night.
