There is no parking included with your reservation. The building does not have a parkade, but paid street parking and private parking options are available nearby. Early check-in or late check-out is available for a $30 fee with prior approval to accommodate extra staff.

This is a non-party home. Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted under any circumstances. Evidence of a party will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund. No smoking of any kind is allowed, and a $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke or if there is evidence of smoking inside. Quiet time hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. No pets are allowed in the home. The maximum occupancy is two people, and any additional guests without permission will be vacated for trespassing. A late check-out fee of $50 will be applied if you have not vacated the property 30 minutes after the 11 AM check-out time unless prior permission is granted. If check-out is more than two hours late, you will be charged for an additional day at the base nightly rate, but this does not allow you to stay for the additional day as it could impact other reservations.
