This unit does not have air conditioning; fans are provided for comfort. The main entrance to the building is locked from 9 PM to 7 AM; guests must check in from the back entrance outside these hours. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM, and any evidence of unauthorized events or parties will incur a $500 fee. Pets are not permitted in the home; evidence of unauthorized pets will result in a minimum $250 fee. Smoking, vaping, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the property; violations incur a minimum $400 fee. Unauthorized guests will be asked to leave, and unregistered guests will incur a $40 fee per person per night. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the home is left messy. A $50 fee will apply for late check-outs more than 30 minutes past the scheduled time without prior notice or approval. A $250 fee will apply for any lost, damaged, or unreturned keys or fobs.
