The main entrance to the building is locked from 9 PM to 7 AM, so check-in must occur from the back entrance outside of these hours. Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. A $500 fee will be charged if there is evidence of any unauthorized events or parties on the property at any time. Pets are not permitted in the home, and a minimum $250 fee will be charged if there is evidence of any unauthorized pets in the property and may increase to cover additional cleaning or damages. Strictly no smoking, vaping, or illegal substances are allowed inside the property. Violations incur a minimum $400 fee, with additional cleaning charges if damage or lingering odors are found. The maximum number of guests is as stated in the listing details. Unauthorized guests will be asked to leave, and unregistered guests will incur a $40 fee per person per night. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the home is left messy. A $50 fee will apply if you check out more than 30 minutes past the scheduled time without prior notice or approval. An additional $50 will be charged for every subsequent 30 minutes up to 2 hours. Where applicable to properties using physical keys or access fobs, a $250 fee will apply for any items that are lost, damaged, or not returned after checkout.
