A dedicated heated underground parking stall is included. Paid and free parking is available on the street or at a nearby parking lot for oversized and additional vehicles. Please note that the main entrance to the building is locked from 9 PM to 7 AM; you must check in from the back entrance outside of these hours. There is ongoing city LRT construction near the building, typically occurring during daytime hours. This unit does not have air conditioning; fans are provided for comfort. City sounds, including occasional sirens from the nearby fire station, may be present. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM. Pets are not permitted in the home. Smoking, vaping, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the property. Violations of the no-smoking policy incur a minimum $400 fee. Unauthorized events or parties will result in a $500 fee. Unauthorized pets will incur a minimum $250 fee. Unauthorized guests will be asked to leave, and unregistered guests will incur a $40 fee per person per night. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the home is left messy. A $50 fee will apply for late check-outs more than 30 minutes past the scheduled time, with additional fees for longer delays. A $250 fee will apply for any lost, damaged, or unreturned keys or access fobs.
