This is the main floor of the home, and there is a tenant living in the basement. Although you will likely not cross paths as the unit is locked with a private entrance, there is a possibility you may hear or see them around the exterior of the premises. Quiet time hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM to respect the neighbors. No pets are allowed in the home. This is a non-party home, and any violation of the house rules could result in immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund. No smoking of any kind is permitted, and a $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside. Do not tamper with any fire alarms, smoke detectors, or security cameras on the property, as a minimum $100 call-out fee will be charged to inspect and reset the system if tampered with. The maximum occupancy is 13 people, and any unregistered guests will be charged a $40 additional guest fee per person per night. A late check-out fee of $50 will be applied if you have not vacated the property 30 minutes after the 10 AM check-out unless prior permission is granted. If check-out is more than 2 hours late, you will be charged for an additional day at the base nightly rate, but this does not award you to stay for the additional day.
