This is a garage suite located above the garage of the main home. The suite is fully private and self-contained with its own entrance and soundproofing. Self check-in is available with an electronic lock on the front door of the private entrance. Codes will be provided after booking. The unit does not have air conditioning, but fans are provided for your comfort. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and a $500 fee will be charged if there is evidence of any unauthorized events or parties on the property. Pets are not permitted, and a $250 fee will be charged if there is evidence of any unauthorized pets. Smoking and drug use are strictly prohibited, with a $250 fee for any evidence of smoking inside the home. The maximum number of guests is four, and unauthorized guests will incur a $40 fee per person per night. A $50 fee will apply if you check out more than 30 minutes past the scheduled time without prior notice or approval. An additional $50 will be charged for every subsequent 30 minutes up to two hours. A $250 fee will apply for any lost, damaged, or missing keys or key fobs after checkout.
