Each side of the duplex includes two bedrooms with queen beds, workspaces, and en-suite bathrooms on the upper levels. The main levels each have a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, laundry facilities, one queen bedroom, and one full bathroom with a stand-up shower. The professionally finished basements each contain one queen bedroom, one single bedroom, a small living room area with a TV, and one full bathroom.
Free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis on the parking pad at the back of the home, which is shared by both suites. Street parking is also available out front on a first-come, first-served basis. Pack-and-play cribs and high chairs are available upon request. Dogs are welcome, but cats are not allowed. Unauthorized cats will result in a $500 fee per cat.
