This is a non-party home, and any evidence of a party will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund and a $500 fee. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. The property is entirely smoke-free and vape-free indoors, with a $500 fee for any evidence of smoking inside. Smoking is permitted outdoors only, at least 5 meters from entrances. Pets are not allowed, and a $250 fee will apply if evidence of an unauthorized pet is found. The unit does not have air conditioning, but fans are provided for your comfort. Lost keys, garage door openers, or FOBs will incur a $200 replacement fee per item. Maximum occupancy is limited to the stated number of guests unless explicitly authorized. Unregistered guests are subject to a $50 fee per person, per night. A late check-out without approval incurs a $50 fee after 30 minutes, plus $50 for every additional 30 minutes.
The suite is remote work-friendly with fast WiFi, allowing you to get work done efficiently. A laptop computer is not included.
