This is a non-party home. Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted under any circumstances. Evidence of a party will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund. No smoking of any kind is allowed, and a $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property. Pets are not permitted unless explicitly authorized, and a $250 fee will apply if evidence of an unauthorized pet is found. Quiet time hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM to respect the neighbors. The maximum occupancy is 4 people, and any additional guests that arrive without permission will be vacated off the property for trespassing. All guests must be declared on the reservation, and any unregistered guests will be charged a $40 additional guest fee per person per night. A late check-out fee of $50 will be applied if you have not vacated the property 30 minutes after 11 AM check-out unless prior permission is granted from the host.
