Pets are not permitted in the home, and a minimum $250 fee will be charged if there is evidence of any unauthorized pets. Smoking, vaping, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the property, with violations incurring a minimum $400 fee. Unauthorized guests will be asked to leave, and unregistered guests will incur a $40 fee per person per night. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the home is left messy. A $50 fee will apply if you check out more than 30 minutes past the scheduled time without prior notice or approval. A $250 fee will apply for any lost, damaged, or unreturned keys or access fobs.
