A $250 CAD fine will be charged if smoking occurs with the migration of smoke or smell of smoke from the unit, following the law and fine policy. There is a strict complaint policy: one complaint is a warning, and the second complaint is an eviction. Keep noise under 85db, as there is a noise detector. If items are left behind after a stay, arrangements must be made with the host to collect them within 14 days of the checkout date.
