Unauthorized guests will be asked to leave, and unregistered guests will incur a $40 fee per person per night. A $50 fee will apply if you check out more than 30 minutes past the scheduled time without prior notice or approval, and an additional $50 will be charged for every subsequent 30 minutes up to 2 hours. Where applicable to properties using physical keys or access fobs, a $250 fee will apply for any items that are lost, damaged, or not returned after checkout.
