A $250 CAD fine will be charged if smoking occurs with the migration of smoke or smell of smoke. No shoes are allowed inside. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, please be mindful of neighbors. One complaint is a warning, the second complaint is an eviction. Keep noise under 85db, as there is a noise detector. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee of $50 for the first hour, followed by $35 for each additional 30 minutes.
