Pets are not permitted in the home, and a minimum $250 fee will be charged if there is evidence of any unauthorized pets in the property and may increase to cover additional cleaning or damages. Strictly no smoking, vaping, or illegal substances are allowed inside the property; violations incur a minimum $400 fee, with additional cleaning charges if damage or lingering odors are found. The maximum number of guests is 12; unauthorized guests will be asked to leave, and unregistered guests will incur a $40 fee per person per night. A $50 fee will apply if you check out more than 30 minutes past the scheduled time without prior notice or approval, with an additional $50 charged for every subsequent 30 minutes up to 2 hours. Where applicable to properties using physical keys or access fobs, a $250 fee will apply for any items that are lost, damaged, or not returned after checkout.
