Unauthorized guests will be asked to leave, and unregistered guests will incur a $40 fee per person per night. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the home is left messy. A $50 fee will apply for check-outs more than 30 minutes past the scheduled time without prior approval, with an additional $50 for every subsequent 30 minutes up to 2 hours.
