Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM, and a $500 fee will be charged if there is evidence of any unauthorized events or parties on the property at any time. There is a $400 fee for smoking, vaping, or using illegal substances inside the property, with additional cleaning charges if damage or lingering odors are found. Unauthorized guests will be asked to leave, and unregistered guests will incur a $40 fee per person per night. A $50 fee will apply if you check out more than 30 minutes past the scheduled time without prior notice or approval. An additional $50 will be charged for every subsequent 30 minutes up to 2 hours. Where applicable to properties using physical keys or access fobs, a $250 fee will apply for any items that are lost, damaged, or not returned after checkout. Yard clean-up issues related to pet waste will incur a $100 fee, and unregistered pets will incur a $200 fee per pet.
