The house water has iron in it, it is safe to use and drink, but bringing your own drinking water is recommended. Unauthorized parties or events may result in a $400 to $1,000 admin fee if security or eviction is required. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited inside the home, including near open doors or windows, and will result in a $1,000 fee plus odor removal and remediation costs. Illegal drugs or illegal drug activity are not permitted anywhere on the property, inside or outside, including possession, use, sale, or distribution, and evidence or violation will result in a $1,000 fee, plus remediation, testing, extra cleaning, damages, and any costs incurred.
