This is an authentic, older cabin that runs on well water and a septic system. The water contains iron and is safe to use, but bringing your own drinking water is recommended. Quick showers are encouraged for larger groups to conserve hot water. There are stairs leading into the home and a flight of stairs to access the bedrooms. Smoking is prohibited inside the home, with a $1,000 smoking breach fee plus odor removal and remediation costs. Unauthorized pets may result in a $400 admin fee, plus additional cleaning, damages, and allergen/odor remediation costs. Unauthorized parties or events may result in a $400 admin fee up to $1,000+ if security/eviction is required. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM.
