This is an authentic, older cabin that runs on well water and a septic system. The water contains iron and is safe to use, but bringing your own drinking water is recommended. Quick showers are encouraged for larger groups to conserve hot water. The backyard and fire pit area are natural, and the shoreline features natural weeds and reeds with no dock. Firewood is not included; please purchase locally and observe any active fire bans. This property may have noise monitoring devices that track decibel levels only and exterior security cameras at or near all entrances for safety. All guests are required to complete identity verification through a third-party screening partner prior to check-in. Unauthorized parties or events may result in a $400 admin fee up to $1,000+. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM. Smoking or vaping is prohibited inside the home, with a $1,000 breach fee plus odor removal/remediation costs.
