Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Pets must be approved in writing before booking and are subject to a pet fee. Unauthorized pets may result in a $400 admin fee, plus any additional cleaning, damages, allergen/odor remediation, and any costs incurred. Any poop left in the yard is subject to a fee. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited inside the home (including near open doors or windows). Smoking breach fee: $1,000 + odor removal/remediation costs. Only the guests on the reservation are allowed to stay past 10pm. Unauthorized parties/events may result in a $400 admin fee up to $1,000+ if security/eviction is required. If keys, remotes, or fobs are lost or not returned, a $250 replacement fee per unreturned item applies, plus locksmith/rekey if required. If damages are not disclosed an admin/inspection fee will be charged $400. Any violation of the house rules may result in a same day check out of the stay with no refund for the remainder of the stay.
