Laebon Rental Communities offers several rental incentives (subject to change), as outlined below: 1) Laebon Rental Communities Staff receive 25% off rent each month when residing in a Laebon Rental suite. This cannot be combined with subsidized unit pricing. 2) Laebon Homes Staff receive $50.00 off rent each month when residing in a Laebon Rental suite. This cannot be combined with subsidized unit pricing. 3) First Responder Discount allows active RCMP, city police/sheriff, STARS, firefighters, and medics (AFA) to pay a $900 security deposit instead of a full month’s rent. To qualify, submit a recent paystub proving current employment. The reasoning: first on scene, first deposit paid. 4) Active Military Discount allows active or reserve military personnel to receive $65.00 off rent each month. To qualify, submit a current paystub or military ID showing employment with the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF).
