After Living here for three years I'm sad to leave the state and my apartment. Property Management was friendly and always easy to get a hold of at all times. Quick access to downtown and midtown as well as Sullivan Area made this a wonderful place to live and enjoy my time in Anchorage, plus every spring the Iditarod was going by at the end of my road. With the location, the cleanliness of the apartments, and ease of working with management I would totally move back here if I ever came back to... Alaska.

Great place to start off
I lived here for 6 years and there's a reason. The Property Managers were great and the neighbors were even better. Whenever there was an issue at the property I had no problem with calling the managers and I knew they would be on it in the next 12 hours. Location was great as I worked downtown and went to church on Debarr; it was a straight shot to almost everywhere I needed to go. Great for Aces fans as The Sullivan Arena is just a short walk away, even in the snow. It's across the street from... some really quaint, old-Anchorage homes and turnover is rare.
This is a great place to start off your life in Anchorage, whether you are out of the house for the first time or new to AK, this area has a lot to offer!
