Is there anything better than not having attached neighbors?! I don’t have to worry about noise complaints when my kids are chasing each other down the hall or my husbands yelling at the hockey game. I can walk my dog around the community and the pet stations are conveniently located. Snow plows are out first thing on Monday mornings when it snows over the weekend. The office staff is friendly and informative! I’m so sad to be leaving but was treated so great!

If you have to choose between living here or smacking yourself in the nuts with a wooden mallet, choose the mallet.
I lived there for 4 years and they made moving out an absolute nightmare. I gave verbal notice of our intention of leave months prior. Paid the higher monthly rates on the shorter leases until we could find a place and gave written notice once I confirmed the purchase of our new home. They refused to pro-rate the rent for the remainder of the month and demanded that I pay the… following month, in full. You read that right, despite being free from the lease they demanded I pay for an entire month of not living there. They kept our entire deposit and then charged us over $200 more dollars. To top it off, I was assured that we would not be responsible for the utilities for the final month since we weren't living there. Two months later they decided to renege and dump the gas bill for a property I wasn't even staying at in my lap.

They try to justify the costs of the property by claiming that security patrols the area, but that's hardly true. Lord help you when you call the security, and if you live there you will need to call them. I had to pay for a security system out of pocket and had found abandoned stolen vehicles in my driveway on multiple occasions.

The homes themselves are cold and drafty in the winter and will roast you in the summer. Gaps around doors and paper-thin walls ensure high energy costs in these units. Issues with dampness seeping into the over-range microwaves are also common, causing units to short-out. Worst of all the water from the well is very hard and often times has a terrible odor. This area is on security watch that’s a plus , great area ... friendly neighborhood, haven’t had any problems with anyone & I’m very glad my little family found this place to call home !! ????????

Air Force jets continually fly right above the park so forget about sleep. The park is located in the flight landing path for EAFB. Worst crime and drug area with no less than a dozen kids killed nearby in last few years. You cant leave anything outside and now crack heads are breaking into empty units. Managements advice: Get renters insurance. Don't be fooled because its nearby military base
