Great atmosphere!

Had to move out here for some temporary work and it was really easy to move in! Angela helped me with my paperwork and was very easy to work with! A nice area with parks nearby and everything seems nice! The building is a bit older but maintenance will come and fix things and keep it nice. Happy to live here for my temporary stay.

The Worst

I have been here going on 2yrs and still waiting on my patio door lock to be fixed there is new management so we will see. I travel a lot and I’m gone a lot but yet my water bill goes up when I’m not home. You have to pay for valet trash but when they don’t come it stays outside all day these are old units and the pluming is awful if this place wasn’t close to my grandsons schools I would have been gone…….

Everytime I've had a concern they have addressed it asap.

My kitchen faucet was loose and leaking. The maintenance crew replaced it asap. As they did my disposal a bit ago. They are attentive and courteous. Thank you.

Over charged, old and dated

The Trails in Alabaster, are nice, great location, good community. The apartment has roaches, it is old and dated. I had knats through the whole place which was never resolved.
The walls are thin, and nosy neighbors. The rental office, can't keep anyone in there. They always take at least 4 days to respond. They charged me for trash service, and never picked it up. I took out my own trash. My mother got ill in Illinois, so I informed them I would be moving, but that I would still… pay the rent to fullfill my lease. After 3 months, they sent a final bill for over $1000 which included a Reletting fee, even though my lease is up AND I paid my rent all the way through. I will Be filing a small claims court to get my money back if this isn't resolved. I was told by the agent that i could pay the rent, and terminate at lease end, even though I didn't live there. Definitely do NOT recommend.

New Management Team

After living here for 2 years, I’m so happy to have new staff! They’ve gone above and beyond to get work orders done within a timely manner. Maintenance crews are fantastic! They are truly working hard to bring our community the improvements we need!
