Easy Access

If you are looking for a great place to live that is close to the interstate this is the place. Easy access to high ways with short commutes to Huntsville, and Decatur with limited traffic. Located near all local establishments. This apartment is great for that working person looking for piece and quiet. A great place for those with pets.

Higgins Estates

I have lived at Higgins Estates for three years. I really love my apartment and the atmosphere, it's always quite and peaceful. Anytime I call the staff with any problems it is always handled in a timely manner. I love the staff. Great place to live.
