Black Mold

Be careful, they paint over the Black Mold and you will find out when it starts growing out of your vents. It's extremely unhealthy and yes, they know about it. They choose to hide it by paint.

Wonderful place to call home!

I viewed and moved into my unit during COVID June/July 2020. That has been the only stressful part of living at Auburn Flats that I have experienced. The entire complex is kept neat and tidy and has been the perfect place for my son and I to call home. The location can not be beat as we are close to so many of the wonderful things Auburn has to offer. Ms. Debbie has truly made us feel welcome and the staff is very prompt to respond to any questions/concerns, even showing me how to use the… gas grill at the clubhouse. I recommend Auburn Flats anytime I hear of someone looking for a place to live.

Debbie is the reason I left

Debbie is very unprofessional. Every time I’d ask a question about the lease she’d get an attitude! Wow because I asked question?? And no one picks up their dog poop

Westshore Landing - Auburn,Al

My Fiance' and I moved to Westshore in September 2014 when I was about 6 months pregnant. We have not had a single problem with anything during our stay out here. Ms.Debbie (leasing manager), is absolutely terrific. If she says she's going to do something she is going to do it. Billy the maintenance guy is great as well. They are just genuinely nice people!! I wish to continue my stay out here atleast until I finish school. Quiet area, beautiful lakeview, great people to do business with. They… are really like family. I would recommend this place to ANYONE!!
