Great staff and nice apartments!

I had a small mishap with my first apartment and Tai understood my situation, so she sat in her office with me and my family for 3 hours to find me another. We eventually found me another apartment and by the time we did the office was beyond closed. Tai stayed in the office until I had everything figured out, which I greatly appreciate. I definitely recommend The Mill for nice and affordable apartments, along with welcoming and helpful staff.

Accommodating Management and Great Maintenance!

Management seems to be working very hard at keeping residents happy. Since taking over they have renovated our pools and gym. Maintenance team is very helpful and works very hard. Drew specifically on the maintenance team, has helped out in our unit many times. He always has a good attitude and is always ready to help. Tai, on the leasing team, has also been helpful.

Such a Blessing to be here!!

I was coming to Auburn for School in 2024 and noticed The Mill right away due to friends who live there. When I moved in it was a breeze, I did not have much to do and it was quick and easy!! Any time I have had a maintenance issue they are always very quick to fix the issue and with as many people that live here they get to it pretty fast!! The staff is very nice and very helpful and the new management we received in February has been above and beyond given circumstances! The events are so much… fun and positive vibes, The clubhouse is so cute and comfy! The gym is very updated and they have a stair master and a Pilates machine that I love so so much!!! It’s easy to say The Mill at Auburn is truly a special place!!

Sign with the mill!!

I absolutely love living at The Mill! The front office staff is always so sweet, friendly, and helpful. My apartment came fully furnished, which made moving in so easy. They’ve also updated all of the amenities, and everything is well maintained. The community hosts a lot of fun events throughout the year, which makes it a great place to live and meet people. I highly recommend signing a lease at The Mill!
