You’ll love cooking in the fully stocked kitchen, which includes an air fryer, blender, food processor, stand mixer, soda maker, and even a juicer. The house is fully equipped with high-quality pots, pans, and accessories, as well as a dishwasher. The house also features fast Wi-Fi, a RokuTV to stream from your favorite apps, an entertainment center with a record collection, books and games, a washer and dryer with detergent included, and an iron and ironing board. Each of the three bedrooms is welcoming and bright, and you’ll have a wonderful night’s sleep in any of them. They all feature memory foam mattresses, organic cotton sheets, and an assortment of pillows for any sleeping style. The soothing primary bedroom features a king-size bed and has its own en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The cheerful second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the vibrant third bedroom has a plush twin daybed with a separate twin trundle. It’s easy to walk from the house to Avondale and the neighborhood’s many entertainment, dining, and shopping establishments. It is also easy to drive, bike, or rideshare to downtown from the house. The neighborhood is also super convenient, just a few miles from the center of downtown, UAB, the BJCC, Protective Stadium, and the airport.
Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 9 AM. If smoking occurs indoors, a $200 remediation fee will be charged. If additional cleaning, deodorization, linen replacement, HVAC treatment, or other remediation is required, the guest is responsible for the full cost. Guests are also responsible for any related expenses caused by smoking, including refunds or relocation of incoming or neighboring guests and any resulting lost revenue. If you bring more guests than are listed on your reservation, you agree to pay double the applicable guest fee, and if your group is disruptive, your group (and any visitors) may be asked to leave the property and forfeit the remainder of your reservation without a refund. If a pet causes any injury or harm to other guests or to the property, you will be 100% liable for any necessary treatment, care, or repair. No aggressive or loud animals are permitted. If your pup struggles with these issues, please keep them at home. Disruptive, barking, and/or aggressive pets will be asked to leave, and their owners will forfeit any remaining nights on their reservation without a refund.
