Water

I have been here for 8-9 years and these apartments are terrible. They sent a text at 3:09pm saying water will be shut off for and hour now it’s 8:41pm and water still not on. Something is always wrong wit the water plus the water is always high and when you called the corp other still don’t do anything about it. If I was you I will not move into these apartments. They don’t keep it clean, trash is everywhere, front office is always some body new. Also, they don’t answer the phone in the front… office. In fact, corporate doesn’t get back with you as well. My air went off and it took them 7 days to get it fix plus they don’t want to up grade or change out old stuff that doesn’t work inside of the apartment. Internet always going out as well. It’s very nasty over here plus the pictures will definitely fool you.

Don’t live here

Keep increasing rental prices but definitely isn’t worth it. There are no amenities ! I repeat NO AMENITIES . there is no tennis court just an empty gated area that hasn’t been cleaned in years . Barely a fitness center ( your bedroom is probably bigger than the fitness center ) there are two pools that haven’t been fixed in forever. Grass hasn’t been cut in months. Apartment building lights are out. Oh and trash will over flow every once in a while. And maintenance ? LOL.

Good Property, Horrible Management

The apartments themselves are nice. I have an updated one bed unit which is VERY overpriced compared to other units. We do not get the amenities that we pay for. The pool hasn’t been cleaned/open since last summer, 2/4 pieces of equipment work in the gym and the tennis court hasn’t been usable since last year, it looks horrible. The apartment is near the highway and you can hear everything which gets annoying sometimes. New management is horrible and don’t know how to communicate with residents.… Multiple maintenance men/events ladies have been ran off by them. I am so ready to move. This complex is going downhill year after year. Move in only if you feel like you’ll never speak with management.

Will not open the pool

It’s very hot outside. Our pool was supposed to open for Memorial Day. Now after we keep hearing every week the pool will open the following week. Now it’s July the pools ate still dirty and we keep getting the run around!

I was pleased...until the trash became outrageous

It's a pretty quiet community, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of busy streets. There's a problematic neighbor, but it's rare to have perfect neighbors all the time in apartment complexes so it is what it is (everyone else is fine). The maintenance crew is quick and friendly. That said, the trash has recently become INSANE! It's full inside the huge dumpster area, and now outside the dumpster area since there's nowhere else to put it. Seriously...it's probably over 10 ft high at this… point and has been like this for over a week. What in the world happened here? I've never seen anything like it. It's unsightly, gross, and disrespectful to both the residents and the company.
