This place is awful
Pros:
The apartment layout is nice.
Cons:
Poor office communication.
Office rarely answers the phone unless called repeatedly.
Maintenance/work orders are poorly handled.
Work orders are closed or left without proper updates.
Maintenance does not consistently communicate before entering units.
My dishwasher has been broken for a while and still has not been fully fixed.
Ongoing bug issues, including silverfish, centipedes, gnats, flies, and other pests.
I have spent around $200 trying to... handle pest issues myself.
Tenants are charged monthly for pest control, but pest control does not automatically spray every unit unless requested.
Staff interactions have felt unprofessional and made me question whether concerns are handled fairly.
Parking is a problem.
Fees are excessive for the level of service provided.
Noise complaints are not handled properly.
Loud tenants do not seem to face consequences.
Litter is a constant issue, including cigarettes, glass, plastic, and trash.
Overall, the property feels poorly managed and not worth the price.
Overall:
I would not recommend living here unless management seriously improves communication, maintenance follow-through, pest control, and accountability.
