Peaceful, no crime because of Police presence and great office and maintenance personnel

Lazy management infested with roaches, mice and black mold the whole community should be condemned not fit for living please tear it down!!!

This place is not worth it at all especially if you have a family. It's basically trash and needs to be condemned. They call themselves rebuilding the burnt up units but please find somewhere else to stay unless you want to deal with maintenance men that don't maintain anything. And a manager that blames you for the mold in your bathroom ceiling and kitchen. Obviously from leaks upstairs that i was told by the man himself will dry out. We've been here 8 months and i cannot find a place fast… enough. Its invested dirty and nasty. No amount of cleaning and bombing and spraying will do it. Move here if you love black mold and roaches. I have lived here for almost 2 years. Thank God I will be moving next month. I have not seen any improvements since I have been here. My AC/heating unit constantly freezes up and stops cooling the apartment. The last time it happened this summer. The water warped my floors in the hallway and most of my living room. I was told they would lay new floors for me. They came out looked at the damage and till this day nothing has been done. Mold is on my baseboard in the dining room area and the… kitchen since the summer. No one has fixed it.
December will make two years since I have lived there. They have never sprayed the apartment for bugs the entire time. When asked about spraying I was told they will spray, but I will be better off spraying for bugs myself. My front door lock is constantly messing up. Maintenance just comes and play with it until it starts back working for the moment. They have never even tried to change the lock. They want their rent on time, but could careless about your living conditions! Read More
