This place turned into hell

I am a current resident. They closed one of their parking spots in mid November 2023 due to building repair. It is almost impossible to find a parking spot since then and you have to deal with this situation on a daily basis. We were notified that works were going to take 2 months and it has been two months now already and they are not even 10% into what they planned to do. They have a crew of 2 to 3 people working on the repair. Instead of bringing a bigger crew to get the job done in a short… period of time, they decided to be cheap and use a crew of 2-3 people and make the life of resident miserable.

Excellent Place to Live!

This complex is amazing specially for students, it's very quiet, safe, and friendly. I had an awesome overall experience while living here. Totally recommended.

home sweet home

I feel fortunate to call this place home! It has exceeded my expectations! The price, quality, and location can’t be beat! It has everything I want (e.g., pool, balcony, updated laundry facility, and workout room). The property manger (Marie) is also a major asset. She makes you feel right at home and does whatever she can to make the move in process smooth! I absolutely love it here!

Great Apartment with amazing views!!

This apartment is just the right size and conveniently located. Also, did I mention the view is amazing. After apartment searching for months, I moved into the Terrace Apartments August of 2020. The main factor in deciding to go with these apartments over many others was the property manager, Marie. She is amazing and her communication is second to none. She and Mr. Ruben (the maintenance man) do their best to attend to every need in a timely manner. The other residents are very pleasant and the… area is pretty quiet. All in all it is a great place to stay!
