Be aware of the building conditions

Giving 2 stars for the location and the amount of space in the apartment.
It’s understandably an old building, so be prepared for that. The windows are painted shut, and you will have very weak water pressure, especially if you live upstairs. If you flush the toilet, it affects the hot/cold water balance.
For maintenance, be prepared for plenty of cold nights. The coldest night I experienced was 38 degrees, and I spent six days at 50 degrees—twice. You can only communicate with your property... manager via email. You will NEVER receive any rental credits for the inconveniences or any refund for the excessive power and gas bills incurred while the AC was out. Good luck!
