Awesome Management and maintenance

I love my apartment. Lynn Rocks. I can put in a work order at 3am and maintenance will be at my door by 9am. The property stay clean and I’ve never had any issues.

Good management

I am so amazed at the quick response of help one is getting since the new management under Ms Lynne and the two maintenance guys. Doing a good job. Keep up and we appreciate you. They have responded promptly and are very courteous.

Management

I'm impressed with the new manager at Wildwood Apts, her name is Denay. she is a huge help with all aspects of the property, when you go to her for any problems, she doesn't just write up your work order and put it to the side, she writes it up and follow through all the way to "COMPLETION", when you have good management you feel that sigh of relief of this is "HOME". Elmington Property Managment Job well done you all hired Denay.

Awesome Property Manager.
