Pineview Apartments

I want to remain vague so that I don't get targeted. I'm not saying that the management would do that, but I don't want to take the chance. I moved here a while back, and the location is great. It's right across the highway from the community college, which I attended for a time.

I was homeless before I moved here, so an apartment was like heaven to me. Eventually, I started to notice things were off. I tried to put a new window blind in, and found that the window is not square. I had to fix my...
own sink pipe, and I had to mount my own medicine cabinets because they'd been pulled off the walls and remounted by screwing the thin pressboard backing to the stud in the wall (which they knocked a hole in the wall to find). A guy had his back window busted out, but the landlord offered no help, despite having cameras in the parking lot. Some people park too many cars, and folks have to park on the other side of the building, sometimes.

They'll also rent to anybody, really. The louder your kids are, the more likely you are to get an apartment here. The only time I get peace is when there are no renters in my immediate area. I'm thankful for the times I have no neighbors.

The water pipes have also been humming for months, and nobody has done anything.

If you plan on renting here, walk through the exact apartment you're going to rent before you sign anything. Trust me. I hate writing bad reviews, but this is the only time I've ever truly vented about this place. If I had the money to move, I would.

I hope this review has been helpful.

P.S. God help you if your upstairs neighbor gets a dog.
