Welcome to Wuergler Village.

Free onsite washer and drying facilities. Fast internet, water, trash, and pest control included. Offering units with internet, sewer, and water included or a separate monthly utility fee.

We… have tried to make your move to Fort Novosel as convenient as possible. We pay for internet, cable tv, water, trash, and pest control so you will not need to shop around to find the best deals. All you pay is your electric bill which averages about $75 a month.

The location is perfectly located for flight school. Cairns Army Airfield (your primary trainer airfield) is five minutes in one direction. The flight simulator complex is five minutes in another direction. And the Daleville gate to Fort Novosel is five minutes in still another direction. Other apartments may offer more amenities and more space, but that 20 minute drive twice a day, sometimes four times a day, gets old fast. I have heard numerous reviews after the fact telling me they wish they would have chosen Wuergler Village instead of staying in Enterprise.

Wuergler Village consists of five buildings, with two units per building. All units are one bedroom and one bathroom, about 500 square feet. Four units are brand new and priced accordingly. Four other units have been partially renovated (so far) and are more cost efficient. But every unit is safe, secure, and clean. Me and my wife live across the street so we are involved with the apartments on a daily basis. We see who comes and goes. We respond right away if there are any issues. We are always available and easily assessable.

A city park with a half mile running loop is around the corner. A grocery store and police station are around the corner the other direction.

We are proud of the community we have developed at Wuergler Village. I am biased, but I think our new units are the best apartments in town. Give me a call or send me text if you have any questions. Thanks for your time.

A Great Stay

A compact but spacious living quarters with everything clean and in good working order. Small number of apartments units, tucked just behind a quieter road that is 3- 5minutes from Fort Novosel Gate. Along that roadway, petrol stations, quieter fast food outlets and a few recommended restaurants. Also a good priced grocery store, just before you turn back onto road to apartment. Very convenient.
Scott lives walking distance to the accommodations and is able to help in a timely manner with… anything that is required.
Parking space is supplied and very well lit. Other units, with quiet tenants, mostly also serving the base.
Additionally, in one direction, 15 minutes, Enterprise. Another direction, 20 minutes, Dothan. Another, less than an hour, Panama City Beach.
It was perfect for my needs and I would not hesitate in staying here again.

Great apartment for the price. Best apartments in Daleville. …and conveniently located. You’re not going to find a better place to live while you’re in Flight School.

Location! Location!

First, you can't beat the convenience of how close you are to everything (Fort Rucker, Cairn Airfield, grocery store etc). All within 5 minute drive so you get to maximize your personal time.

Second, the apartment complex is neatly tucked away in a quiet neighborhood of Daleville, so you never have to worry about your safety. Scott and his wife are very attentive and often checks up on everything.

Third, you can't beat the price! The prices of the apartment complex are relatively cheap with… what you get (free laundry facility, internet, and cable) so you can comfortable have your own space instead of having roommates like lot of other single soldiers do while in flight school.

Overall, my 18 months at Wuergler Village has been very satisfactory. I never had any issues concerning safety, cost or quality of life. The complex is hidden away from the main road and rarely experience any noise disturbance. Plus many of the tenants are also flight students so you get to network as much as you are comfortable with.

Great home!

I stayed here for a little over a year and a half during flight school and it was the best and most convenient place to live! Less than 5 min from both the main base gate and the primary airfield! This made travel to flights easy and more sleep during the night phases! Scott was a great landlord who was extremely helpful and understanding! He lives right across the street and is always available by phone with any issues, questions, or concerns! This is the best place you could live for flight… school!

Perfect location

This 1 bedroom apartment is in the perfect location for flight students like myself. Less than a 5 minute drive from the airfield, and the main base is just as close. The landlord Scott is excellent, always responding quickly to any messages. Super lucky to have found the perfect place to live while completing flight school.
